- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building, without an elevator, inside a condominium.
- The apartment for 2 people includes 1 double bed, for 4 people includes 2 beds, etc.
- For multiple bed arrangements (for example, 2 people with 2 double beds, or 3 people with 3 separate beds, etc.), there will be an additional charge of 15 euros for each extra sheet set.
- For stays longer than 20 days, there will be a mandatory change of linen (sheets + towels) at the cost of 20 euros for each replacement.
- The apartment's heating is autonomous.
