The Most Frequently Asked Questions & Answers
What are the payment options for your accommodation? Also, is there a required minimum number of nights to book?
In our facility, at check-in, you can make payment with credit/prepaid cards, debit cards or cash. We also accept bank transfers, which must be made before check-in.
The minimum stay is 2 nights and 3 days, with the exception of the apartment located in Ardea, where the minimum stay is one week (6 nights and 7 days).
What services and amenities are included in the rent? (e.g. sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, Kitchen equipped)
In all apartments are included: sheets and towels, unlimited high speed internet with Wi-Fi, shower or bathtub, kitchen with dishes for eating and cooking, TV, kettle and free parking.
What is the cancellation policy and refund conditions?
To cancel a reservation, you must contact us by telephone or send a cancellation request via email.
If the request is made up to a maximum of 8 days before check-in, a full 100% refund will be provided.
What are the house rules and restrictions, such as pets or smoking?
Pets are not allowed in all apartments, except in the Ardea house where your furry friends are also welcome. Furthermore, it is forbidden to organize parties and events in all houses.
Guests will be asked for an identity document, as required by current laws. It is not permitted to host other people other than those using the stay.
How does check-in and check-out work? What is the availability of your accommodation for the desired dates?
We need to agree the check-in time with our kind guests in order to avoid unnecessary waiting on our part or yours.
For arrivals after 7.00 pm a supplement of 30 euros will be required.
For arrivals after midnight, 50 euros will be requested.
The check-out time is by 11:00.
